Bullock, who holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Elon University, was born and raised in North Carolina and has lived in Southern Pines for 14 years.  During those 14 years, she has been active with the Junior League of Moore County, Habitat for Humanity, Sandhills Children’s Center, Sandhills Interfaith Hospitality Network, American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Meals on Wheels, and Academy Heights Elementary School.  As a member of Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church, she has served as a Sunday school teacher, Circle/Bible study leader and board member of Presbyterian Women.
